Shipping

We ship worldwide, shipping time may vary based on where you are and your shipping choice. Last orders for next day delivery is 12pm.

UK: Same day and next day delivery available. Standard: 1 - 3 working days.

EUROPE: Standard - 5 - 7 working days

USA: Standard - 7 - 14 working days
 

CANADA: Standard - 7 - 14 working days


 
We update our site regularly to reflect what we have in stock to ensure shipping time is accurate. You can always contact us prior to making an order for a rough estimate. For all orders you will receive a tracking number once your order is processed and dispatched. 

Delivery

We are dedicated to meeting your needs and want to ensure you receive your units in good time as well as maintaining the quality of the unit. To avoid disappointment please order your hair in good time if ordering for any special occasions. 

Delays

Please bare in mind there may be delays due to seasonal holidays (Christmas, Easter, Boxing day, Bank Holiday etc) and when participating in big sales. Postal services may also have additional holidays or delays, in this case you will be notified and have an option to either proceed with your order or cancel. 

Returns

Refunds and exchanges can be considered depending on the circumstance and with valid reasons only. For example, if an error is made on our end. We will not refund or exchange just because you no longer want the unit, so please check carefully and thoroughly when making your order and before purchasing.

If for any reason we do offer a refund or exchange this may only be done within 14 days of you receiving your unit and must be in the exact same condition it was sent. We will not accept any returns or exchanges if it has been worn and/or tampered with.

We must receive the product before an exchange or refund can be made. An inspection will be made to make sure it is unused, unstained, the lace has not been cut/fiddled with and the wig has not had products applied or washed in attempts to cover use or damages/accidents.

Please make sure wigs are returned in the same packaging we sent, if for any reason this requirement cannot be met, please contact us. All shipping and any extra costs in the refund process must be covered by the client. We advise sending refunds through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
