Please allow up to 5 working days for order processing, during which your unit will be carefully prepared and crafted. This is followed by an estimated 5–7 working days for delivery. If your unit includes customisation, please allow an additional 2–3 working days.
For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, and can take an additional 7+ days. For a more accurate timeframe, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please note: in some cases, your order may arrive sooner than the estimated time.

Delays :
Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak periods such as seasonal holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Boxing Day, Bank Holidays) or during major sales events. Additionally, postal services may experience their own delays or closures during these times.
If your order is affected, you will be notified promptly and given the option to proceed or cancel your order based on your preference.
Returns :
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and only for valid reasons, such as an error on our part. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
If a return or exchange is approved, it must be requested within 14 days of receiving your unit and the product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Wigs that have been worn, altered, or tampered with (including cutting the lace, applying product, or washing) will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the wig must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from stains, product residue, or odour
- With lace intact and uncut
- Returned in its original packaging
We must receive the returned item before any exchange or refund is processed.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any additional fees incurred during the return process. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered return packages.
If you are unable to return the wig in its original packaging or have any concerns, please contact us before sending it back.
